Our seats are suitable for many vans, MPVs and luxury SUVs, including the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, Toyota Hiace and Cadillac Escalade etc. Please send your vehicle model, year, seat layout and available installation space. We will check the seat size and installation solution before you order.

Yes. We provide a suitable installation base and power connector after confirming your vehicle details. Installation pictures and videos are included, and we can also guide your installer by video call. Installation by an experienced automotive workshop is recommended.

The MOQ is one seat. Sample orders are welcome, so you can check our product quality and service before placing a bulk order.

Production is normally completed within 7 days after the deposit and all customization details are confirmed. Large orders or special customization may require additional time.

We accept T/T bank transfer. The standard term is 50% deposit and 50% balance before shipment. After production, we send detailed pictures and an inspection video. You pay the balance only after checking and approving the finished seat.

Yes. DDP is available for many destinations and can include freight, customs clearance, duties, taxes and delivery to your address. The shipping cost and estimated delivery time are confirmed before ordering based on your destination and quantity.

We provide a one-year warranty. For confirmed product-related problems within the warranty period, the required replacement parts are provided free of charge. Technical and spare-parts support remains available after delivery.

Functions depend on the seat model. Available options may include electric adjustment, leg rest, ventilation, heating, massage, screen and cup holder. Please check the product page for the exact configuration of each model.

Seat color, stitching color and pattern, and your own headrest logo can be customized. We can also produce matching driver seats, passenger seats and rear sofa seats based on the design of your captain seats.

Seats may look similar in pictures, but the frame, upholstery, motors, control system, functions, workmanship and after-sales support can be very different. We recommend comparing the complete product and service, not only the appearance and initial price.
